You can return or exchange items that you are not happy with within 30 days from purchase. 

Please note returns shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. We advise customers to send items back to us via a tracked service.

If it's a return we will provide a full refund including the original shipping cost. If it's an exchange we will send the new item to you with no extra cost.

Please follow the steps below to refund or exchange your order:

-Contact alex@scoundrelsgentlemen.co.uk for returns/exchange address.

- All items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in its original condition complete with tags and packaging.

- Send your return/exchange back to address provided.

- Once we receive your items we will process everything accordingly and keep you updated via email along the way.

- Please allow 3-5 working days for your refund to reach your account.
